To assemble programs to run on the 360/30 the best (only) way at this stage is to use the Hercules emulator and run DOS/360. This produces a card deck image which can be converted into the format required for automatic power-on loading into the 360's storage.

However the fastest way to get going is to use ready-to-go DASD (2311 or 2314) images and pre-prepared card decks. I have some based on ones that I got from Henk Stegeman - I will sort some examples out and upload them for all to use.
